Nothing is being voted on. When a trade is accepted the whole league is emailed and gets 24 hours to look at it, and 4 veto votes kill it. A trade that survives goes through on its own when the window closes.

No trade has been settled in RCM League B. Everything that executes, gets rejected, expires or is vetoed stays here for the record.
