The top two teams here cross with the top two from the other league to make a four team bracket. The one seed plays the other league's two seed, so two teams from this league can only meet each other in the final.
Semifinals in week 16, the final in week 17. Week 18 is not played. There is one champion for the whole season, not one for each league.
